Icons on Ammunition Boxes™ is a conceptual project by Ukrainian artists Sofia Atlantova and Olexander Klimenko. Icons painted on wood fragments from ammunition boxes left by Russian soldiers on the battle fields in Ukraine serve as silent war witnesses and as symbols of victory of life over death. All sale proceeds are donated to volunteer health organizations in Ukraine that provide access to free medical care and rehabilitative services for Ukrainian soldiers and veterans.

From 2015 to 2022, the project supported Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital, the largest private hospital in Ukraine fully operational during the current war. As of February, 2023 the project supports the Wings of Victory volunteer organization located in Kyiv, Ukraine. It procures assistance to military servicemen who were seriously injured or disabled during the eight years of Russian military operations in Ukraine and since the beginning of the full-scale invasion on 02/24/2022. Services include free medical transportation for hospital discharge trips, and to and from subsequent medical appointments and treatments.

100% of revenue generated by the sale of these original artworks contributed to the Fund by the gallery artists and raised via donations will continue to support artists and their families in Ukraine severely impacted by the ongoing war.
